In this newly created full time position you’d be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team that helps Christian charities be exemplary, healthy, and effective. In particular, you’d be responsible for…
Managing and promoting the CCCC Training Centre: You will use innovative tools and resources to develop and enhance the content of the Training Centre. You will also collaborate with ministries and higher education centres to increase awareness, engagement and partnerships related to the Training Centre work.
Managing and promoting CCCC’s Collaboration Platform “The Green”: You will work with other ministries to increase engagement with this charity networking program, and ensure the platform is interesting and operating efficiently and reliably.
Sharing Knowledge: You will write articles, facilitate workshops and webinars, and, as opportunities arise, speak at conferences. In addition, you will provide direct support to members by responding to their questions on a broad range of charity-related topics.
Participating on Project Teams: You will provide input and expertise on various projects that will enhance the functionality of the Training Centre and The Green.

An Excellent Communicator
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated by effective blog posts, articles or other written pieces. You have a knack for converting technical content into plain language documentation!
A Competent Project Manager
You work best in a collaborative team environment and can take the lead or participate on project teams as needed. You have superior organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills and build strong working relationships with others.
Adept at Learning on the Fly
You quickly grasp the essence and the underlying structure of things and are good at learning a new industry, company, or technical knowledge. You are also able to confidently share this knowledge.
Collaborative and Innovative
You love working within a collaborative and innovative team and have a proven track record of building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are adept at helping others network effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree in Education (preferred) or Diploma/Certificate in adult education or digital education.
- Minimum three (3) years’ charity work experience (employee, volunteer, professional service provider, or board member)
- Minimum three (3) years’ program management experience
- Solid Computer skills (including word-processing, spreadsheets, database, and web-related software)
- Above-average communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent research, project management, and social media skills
LOCATION
This position is based at CCCC’s office in Elmira, Ontario.
