Breaking the Cycle of Poverty, One Child at a Time

CCI is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty around the world by addressing the educational, physical, social, and spiritual needs of impoverished children, their families, and the communities in which they live.

Partnering with Local Leaders around the World

A student writes at a deskCCI partners with Christian leaders in nine different countries who have a heart and vision to help children, families, and local communities.

For example, in Northern Uganda, one local leader, Pastor Clayton, knew that children were orphaned by civil war, infected by HIV/AIDS, and abandoned by family unable to care for them. His heart was broken, so he responded by starting a school, Faith Alive Academy!

CCI comes alongside trusted pastors, such as Clayton, who are rooted in their community and understand the needs of the children.

Changing the Life of One Child

Two children get water from a wellCCI believes that while you may not be able to change the whole world at one time, you can change one child’s world! When you sponsor a child through CCI, students receive a faith-based, culturally contextualized education; nutritious meals; access to safe drinking water; and basic healthcare.

Additionally, the effects of one life changed reach more people; when a school is attended by childcare-sponsored students, all of the children are fed, educated, and receive safe drinking water.

CCI believes that it’s possible to change the world one child at a time.
