In this newly created position, you’ll get to collaborate with colleagues to manage the growth and retention of CCCC Affiliate Members and work in an organization focused on helping Christian charities to be exemplary, healthy, and effective.

Do you have a passion for the mission that Christ gave His Church and a desire to use your deep knowledge of Christian charities and proven sales experience to further that mission? Does the idea of effectively selling and promoting programs and services that could potentially benefit thousands of Christian charities excite you? If so, you may be the candidate we are seeking!
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
Generate revenue growth: Work closely with the Senior Director, Operations and other colleagues to design, develop, execute and evaluate CCCC’s marketing strategies, sales plans and programs to champion the growth and retention of CCCC’s Affiliate Members and programs.
Project management: Lead or support projects and initiatives to enhance the membership service to CCCC members, which could include new programs.
Member support: Answer questions from members on a wide variety of legal, finance, tax, human resource and operational topics applicable to charities. Collaborate with colleagues on recommendations for CCCC’s response on technical issues.
Knowledge development: Research and create technical content (e.g. articles, templates) for CCCC’s Bulletin, conference workshops and websites. May author courses for The CCCC’s Training Centre, and represents CCCC as a speaker at conferences.
Manage designated programs: Manage designated member and ministry programs that provide value and support to our members (E.G. The Training Centre)
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE…
Passionate about generating revenue growth
You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong closing skills. You are passionate about revenue growth and are no stranger to sales and marketing plans and strategies. You have a strong desire to connect ministries with programs and services that will truly help them to be exemplary, healthy and effective.
Competent project manager
You work best in a collaborative team environment and can take the lead or participate on project teams as needed. You have superior organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills and build strong working relationships with others.
Knowledgeable about charity issues
You have a working knowledge of the Income Tax Act (charity), charity governance issues, Christian stewardship and trust law. You don’t need to be an expert in all of these areas as CCCC will provide training however a can-do attitude and confidence in your ability to learn and grow are essential to success in this role.
An excellent communicator
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and would be comfortable writing content for CCCC’s knowledge bank and representing CCCC as a speaker at conferences and webinars.
Service oriented
You have a heart for serving others and would enjoy providing excellent service to CCCC’s valued members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field. A minimum of two years experience in sales management and strategy.
- Previous experience (paid or volunteer) in Christian ministry.
- A portfolio of sales and marketing plans, strategies or recommendations that you have made.
