Often, it is a case of leaders becoming unattractive leaders who no longer reflect Jesus’ character or leaders who neglect the spiritual practices and humility that drove their success earlier on. If they won’t change, sooner or later the board and staff will see the inconsistency and conclude that the health of the church demands better leadership.

It’s always good to take a close look at yourself and your suitability to continue your call. This post from November 28, 2016 will help you preserve your call.

Preserving Your Call

This entry is part 13 of 24 in the series Pastors: A Hope and a Future

Pastors who treasure their call to ministry will want to check and be sure they are not doing anything that would disqualify them from continuing in their call. More

[624,623,89
105,630
628
post-33167","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-great-leadership-healthy","category-healthy","category-leadership-personal","tag-calling","tag-pastors","series-pastors-hope-and-a-future
["GET
