Hours of operation are Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays),&nbsp;9am &#8211;&nbsp;5 pm, local time at 1-800-267-2384. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The news release notes that the Directorate is working toward a gradual resumption of other services, such as online registrations. Audit activities continue to be suspended until further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other reminders from CRA include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>T3010 filing deadline is extended to December&nbsp;31,&nbsp;2020, for all charities with a return due between March&nbsp;18,&nbsp;2020 and December&nbsp;31,&nbsp;2020<\/li><li>Registering for online services through <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/revenue-agency\/services\/charities-giving\/charities\/operating-a-registered-charity\/toolbox-directors-officers-volunteers\/business-account.html\" target=\"_blank\">My Business Account<\/a> gives charities and charity representatives access to&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/revenue-agency\/campaigns\/new-services-charities-my-business-account.html\" target=\"_blank\">new digital services<\/a>&nbsp;for charities, including the ability to complete and file an online Form T3010<\/li><li>More information on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/revenue-agency\/campaigns\/covid-19-update.html\">tax measures and benefits<\/a> is available online, including the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/revenue-agency\/services\/benefits\/apply-for-cerb-with-cra.html\" target=\"_blank\">Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB)<\/a>, which you can apply for in CRA&#8217;s My Account or over the phone<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Charity leaders are invited to share how they are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic within their organization in our online community forum, <a href=\"https:\/\/thegreen.community\/c\/cccc-covid19-response\/\">The Green: COVID-19 Response Room<\/a>.
