here<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ontario<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 31, 2020 the Ontario government issued an Emergency Order that<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Allows all corporations under the <em>Corporations Act<\/em> and the <em>Business Corporations Act<\/em> to hold meetings of directors, shareholders and members virtually (electronically or by phone)<\/li><li>Extends the timeframe by which corporations must hold Annual General Meetings (AGMs) in certain circumstances related to COVID-19.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Order is retroactive to March 17, 2020 and can found below and <a
