An increasing number of NAIM staff are First Nations Native believers, and NAIM desires to see even greater numbers of Native Christians in significant ministry and leadership positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sending People across the World<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, the Indigenous Church is increasingly sending its people to other Native communities and across the world. NAIM is focused on partnering with First Nations believers to reach out to communities that need the Gospel. As more Native believers join us, they see God strengthening their outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Authentic Relationships<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NAIM holds the dignity and worth of all people and values authentic, grace-oriented relationships. They are committed to building and maintaining open and honest relationships with their constituency, other organizations, and the people to whom they minister.
