Does the idea of creating HR content, programs and services that could potentially benefit thousands of Christian charities excite you? If so, you may be the candidate we are seeking!<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Manage and grow CCCC\u2019s HR Program<\/strong> by providing fee for service consulting to member charities and collaborating with colleagues to promote the growth of the program.\u00a0 Manages CCCC\u2019s online job board (i.e., ChristianCharityJobs.ca) and leads CCCC\u2019s HR Roundtable discussions to promote sharing of HR best practices and member networking.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>You are professional, responsive, flexible and have a positive outlook.\u00a0 Your sound judgement and discretion means your work is done with excellence.\u00a0 You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Your strong consulting skills allow you to effectively set and manage client expectations from the entry\/contracting phase of the consulting relationship through to the evaluation\/termination phase.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>You have a working knowledge of the Income Tax Act (charity), charity governance issues, Christian stewardship and trust law.\u00a0 You don\u2019t need to be an expert in all of these areas as CCCC will provide training however a can-do attitude and confidence in your ability to learn and grow are essential to success in this role.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and would be comfortable writing content for CCCC\u2019s knowledge bank and representing CCCC as a speaker at conferences and webinars.<\/span><\/p>\n
