The Nova Scotia Barristers Society decided not to appeal their loss in the TWU case to the Supreme Court of Canada. This is a mixed blessing. On the one hand, it would have been great to see this case taken to the SCC from Nova Scotia. However, the Ontario Court of Appeal decision is being appealed. We are still waiting for the decision of the BC Court of Appeal.<\/p>\n
