On June 30, I had the priviledge of being on the Drew Marshall Show with Derek B.M. Ross, Executive Director of Christian Legal Fellowship.  Drew’s questions were to the point and fair.  It was a great opportunity to share why the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision on the Trinity Western University law school is so important to the religious community.

  1/ Should Trinity Western University have been denied their law school accreditation because they don’t want their students to “be” gay?
  Trinity Western is a private, evangelical university that requires its students and staff to abide by a code of conduct. (no sex before marriage, no adultery, no homosexual relationships, etc.) It’s because of this code, that the Supreme Court Of Canada denied their application to have an accredited law school.
