<p><strong>WOULD YOU ENJOY DOING THIS WORK?</strong></p>



<p><em>In this newly created full time position you’d be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team that helps Christian charities be exemplary, healthy, and effective.&nbsp; In particular, you’d be responsible for…</em></p>



<p><strong>Managing and promoting the CCCC brand:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>You will use innovative tools and resources to promote the CCCC Brand and raise broad awareness of our work.</p>



<p><strong>Creating and executing CCCC marketing plans</strong>: You will work with the leadership team and program managers to develop marketing plans to promote CCCC membership, products, services, and events.&nbsp; This will include producing marketing materials for prospective members; creating product descriptions and promotional campaigns for new and existing products and events; and arranging CCCC external advertising and sponsorships.&nbsp; You will also assess, and report on, the effectiveness and results of the marketing plans.</p>



<p><strong>Managing CCCC’s social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook):&nbsp;</strong>You will leverage social media platforms to source and distribute timely creative content and news to inform members and promote CCCC’s programs and services.</p>



<p><strong>Participating on project teams</strong>: You will provide input and expertise from a marketing and communications perspective on various projects (e.g., new website, new “Give Confidently” site, annual report).</p>



<p><strong>Sharing knowledge</strong>:&nbsp; You will write articles, facilitate workshops and webinars, and, as opportunities arise, speak at conferences.</p>



<p><strong>THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE …</strong></p>



<p><strong>A Skillful, Passionate and Results-Driven Marketer.&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong><em>You have a track record of effectively promoting programs and services and making well researched and informed marketing recommendations to management.&nbsp; You are passionate about marketing and are no stranger to marketing plans and strategies that lead to quantifiable results including increased sales.&nbsp;&nbsp;</em></p>



<p><strong>An Excellent Communicator.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><em>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated by effective blog posts, articles, or other written pieces.&nbsp; You have a knack for converting technical content into plain language documentation!&nbsp; You are adept at using technology, including social media, to effectively communicate a message to diverse audiences.</em></p>



<p><strong>A Competent Project Manager.&nbsp;</strong><em>You work best in a collaborative team environment and can take the lead or participate on project teams as needed.&nbsp; You have superior organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills and build strong working relationships with others.</em></p>



<p><strong>Adept at Learning on the Fly.&nbsp;</strong><em>You quickly grasp the essence and the underlying structure of things and are good at learning new industry, company, product, and technical knowledge.&nbsp;</em></p>



<p><strong>Collaborative and Innovative.&nbsp;</strong><em>You love working within a collaborative and innovative team and have a proven track record of building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</em></p>



<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Undergraduate degree in Business (marketing focus) or equivalent</li><li>Above average writing and communication skills</li><li>Excellent research, project management, strategic thinking, and social media skills</li><li>Extensive Marketing and Sales experience (at least three years) which includes demonstrated results in effectively marketing, selling and promoting programs, products, and services</li><li>Experience working with Christian charities (e.g., as an employee, professional service provider, or as a volunteer)</li></ul>



<p><strong>LOCATION</strong></p>



<p>This position is based out of CCCC’s office in Elmira, Ontario.</p>
