Completing the T3010 Registered Charity Information Return
Every Canadian charity must submit a completed T3010 Registered Charity Information Return to the Canada Revenue Agency annually. The T3010 is akin to the tax return that corporations and businesses must file each year.
Given the numerous questions, schedules, and forms involved, this can be a daunting task with plenty of opportunities for mistakes.
If you are responsible for completing some or all of the T3010 for your charity, take time to view this informative webinar, “Completing the T3010 Registered Charity Information Return," led by Curtis Towns from the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities. This session provides an overview of each section of the T3010, focusing on common errors and the new elements of the form for 2024.
We trust it will be helpful to those who are new to completing the T3010 and to those looking for a refresher.
