The Complete HR Package

There's a lot to think about when it comes to Human Resources; are your policies all up to date? Are you doing everything the law says you’re supposed to? Are you asking the right interview questions? All of this on top of the unique situations that can arise during the year for any number of employees. With the Complete HR Package, CCCC will make sure you’re doing everything you’re supposed to.

This package includes:

• Policy Manual Review: A full review of your existing policy manual, including the policies that require an annual review by law
• On-demand Policy Writing: Request HR policies to be written as needed throughout the year, whether pre-emptively or in response to issues.
• On-demand Interview Question Update: When hiring, contact CCCC to add custom questions to your standard set. This can also be used for Exit Interviews!
• Annual Compensation Review: A comprehensive review of what the CCCC Compensation Survey says about each position (Up to 10 positions)  at your ministry.
• An additional 5 hours of time set aside for as-needed service throughout the year.

Once purchased, CCCC will choose dates throughout the year to have each part of the package completed, with plenty of communication to ensure that everything is customized and meets your specific needs.

Please note: Unused hours from the Complete HR Package expire 12 months after purchase, unless the package is purchased again in the following year.
