As we enter the season of Advent, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, our team at the CCCCs wanted to offer something simple and meaningful. It's our small way of bringing the presence of Christ a little closer in the midst of busy ministry life. Each week leading up to Christmas, members of the CCCC team will share a short prayer inspired by the themes of Hope, Peace, Joy, Love, and Christ. The videos for each of these prayers will be refreshed each Monday morning on our website until Christmas. We hope that our prayers are a blessing to you and your ministry team.

What's Inside
As we celebrate this Christmas season, we wish you joy, peace, hope, and love as you share the light of Christ within and beyond your ministries.
As 2025 draws to a close, we at CCCC are deeply grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside you this year. We’ve reflected on the many ways we’ve served you—through new topic handbooks, related readings, sample documents, and legal education in our Knowledge Base. Beyond these, we’ve also been pleased to offer additional resources and services designed to equip you for effective ministry—whether that means building confidence, preparing for growth, or managing the vital day-to-day operations that allow you to focus on those you serve.
We hope you’ve found timely support and inspiration through our webinars, blog posts, and Charity Signal podcasts. Our T3010 assistance, HR consulting services, job board, pension and benefits programs, and other offerings have also been thoughtfully developed to strengthen and sustain our community of members.
May this season renew your spirit and bless your ministry with peace and purpose. We look forward to serving you in 2026!
Blessings and warm regards to you,
The CCCC Team

A bold and confident ministry has leaders who show up with healed hearts, purified motives, fitted armour, and the deep confidence that they are fully accepted and loved by the One who knows and created them (Ps 139). Such leadership will build for this generation and establish bold and confident ministries for the generations yet to come. Read moreBudgeting
A well-prepared budget increases thoughtfulness and intentionality in financial decisions. Preparing the budget disciplines leaders to make a plan, judge decisions against it, discern when to stick to it, say no, adjust the plan as needed, and report on the results. A budget demonstrates stewardship and accountability to a charity's directors, members, donors, staff, and other stakeholders. Importantly, the budget is linked to various aspects of financial management, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reserve planning. Scripture commends wise planning: “The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but those of everyone who is hasty, surely to poverty” (Prov 21:5 NKJV). Budgeting as believers also acknowledges our dependence on God’s provision and direction (Prov 16:9). This balance between faith and prudence is foundational to budgeting for ministry.
Christian Charity Jobs
CCCC helps connect organizations with qualified candidates who are passionate about serving in Christian ministry. ChristianCharityJobs.ca is an interactive job board service. Job seekers can search for jobs, set up alerts to be notified of matching new jobs, and view featured jobs and employers. Employers can post jobs and search for qualified candidates through the "Resume Search" feature. They can also set up alerts to be notified when a prospective employee with certain qualifications registers with the job board. CCCC members receive discounted pricing for signing up! Good News for Religious Charities!
Before the 2025 Federal Budget dropped, we shared good news: the government is not considering amending the Income Tax Act to remove advancement of religion as a qualifying charitable purpose, nor is it actively developing policy on this issue. The Minister of Finance recognized the vital role that charities, including religious charities, play in Canadian society. We’re grateful that together our advocacy has made a real difference; you can hear more in our recent chat with 100 Huntley Street.
