Accessing Your Account
This is the online portal to access your pension account. This site is an incredibly valuable tool that we highly recommend. Information on logging into mycanadalifeatwork.com can be found in the Canada Life Enrollment Guide provided to you by your employer and the Registration Tip Sheet. If you have a login for cccc.org, you will need to set up a separate login for mycanadalifeatwork.com.
On this site, you will be able to:
- Update your personal information.
- View your Investment Portfolio.
- Complete the investor profile questionnaire to help you decide what type of investment mix you should have.
- View your online pension statements.
- Change your investment choices at any time.
Once you have joined the plan, you can gain access to your Canada Life online account one of three ways:
- Call 1-800-724-3402, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. (Please have your Social Insurance Number and the Plan Number - 37631.)
- Go to: mycanadalifeatwork.com and click Register
- Book an appointment with a health and wealth consultant to assist you: book an appointment
